Before determining that prolonged jaundice in newborns is caused by breast milk, it is very important to investigate other possible causes. Blood subgroup incompatibilities should be kept in mind among other etiologies that cause prolonged jaundice. In this article, we present three cases of anti-C incompatibility, which was diagnosed during the neonatal period.
