Selective IgM deficiency is a rare form of immune deficiency syndromes. These patients generally have normal antibody response to vaccination. Especially for the infections that are preventable by vaccination, this group of immunesuppressed patients should be vaccinated to prevent complications, especially in the adolescent age group. In this case, we stress the importance of vaccination in the adolescent age group to prevent the infections and their complications. Anahtar Kelimeler : selektif IgM eksikliği, suçiçeği, aşılama.
